Please ensure all uploaded photos are of high quality. Low-resolution images may impact engraving clarity.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. Discount codes (e.g., dormayy2025) must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time: Varies by destination (typically 5–12 business days)
Free shipping on orders over $100
Tracking information will be provided via email once the item has shipped.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.
6. Custom Products Policy
All Dormayy products are custom-made, which means:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours.
Custom items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
We take pride in delivering high-quality products and offer a 30-day break-free guarantee in case of damage in transit. Please contact our support team with photos within 3 days of delivery.
7. Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The customization does not match what was ordered
